CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy - If you need to reschedule your appointment, please reschedule through the app or contact me and I can reschedule it for you. - If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within the 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late/No show policy - If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let me know. If you are more than 15 min late, I will only lash for the remainder of the allotted time scheduled. - If you no call/no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
